About
European-inspired living makes its way to Indianapolis through the Douglas Pointe Lofts, located inside the borders of Fall Creek Place on the city’s near north side. This pedestrian-friendly live/work development combines residential and commercial development in two- or three-story lofts. The bottom of the loft serves as a commercial storefront, while the top can be used as an apartment. Possibilities abound in these urban lofts, which range from approximately 1,800 to 3,000 square feet. A buyer can choose to run or rent out the bottom storefront and live or rent out the apartment above. This area of town is open to all income levels.
Each loft comes with a garage in the back off the alley, with additional parking spaces behind the garage. All lofts have private outdoor spaces through balconies and rear courtyards. On-street parking also is available along Delaware Street. In addition to a standard garage, each loft includes a basement, which may be used for commercial or residential use.
